Hey guys!
I am KAMISAMA, sometimes known by donkihote. I am a pxiel artist on a game dev team with a few of my closest friends. And more recently I am a Crypto Artists, primarily based on the ETH network, with a few pieces on the EOS network as well!
My main inspiration in my art is Japanese woodblock prints, and niche video games, trashcans and glitches. Although I do try to add a lot of variety as well.
If you are interested in checking out any of my works, here are some links below!

Yooooo!!!! didn't realize my post would get automatically sent here thats fire
If I remember correctly... This, esteem and Hive blog share the posts, they are just different interfaces that people use for different reasons.
WGmeets is right, esteem posts to the hive blockchain, peakd is really the best interface IMO but esteem is good in a pinch on mobile :)
Hey welcome, I'm hyped to see more crypto artists joining! I invite you to post to our community Alien Art Hive if it pleases you:
ALIEN DISCORD
If you have any questions about how any of this works, just @ me 👽
cool just subscribed!
welcome mate, I would like to know more about Eos and ETH as an artist, you had more information???
hive is a great platform and if you want to learn fast how-to use it would suggest @sidwrites post!
Cool thanks for the info, definitely give you both a follow!
What woould you like to know? I'm still a little unfamiliar with EOS but you can sign up to be an artist on the eos network here, but you have to wait for them to accept you: https://gallery.pixeos.art/
If you have an eth wallet, that is probably the easiest way to start creating crypto art. You can go to https://app.rarible.com/
and you can pretty much post anything instantly just pay a small gas fee an upload your image.
One thing to watch out for on rarible is that they allow anything, so make sure if you are buying art, that you are getting it from a trusted user (there are lots of people uploading other peoples images) a quick reverse image search on google can usually clear up any confusion though!
there are other sites like
https://makersplace.com/
https://knownorigin.io/
and
https://superrare.co/
They are all pretty good, but require you to link to a portfolio and await your acceptance. So far I have only had luck with MakersPlace as I sent them my instagram with only a few images on it and got accepted almost immediately. Now makerslace is basically my portfolio.
There is a bit of a learning curve but after a while it gets pretty easy, i would really recommend starting on rarible though, I've had the most luck there, and if the price is right and the art is nice, you can usually make a sale pretty quick!
Hope this helps, let me know if you have anymore questions!
mate thi was exactly what I needed, an explanation like this, but looks like I'm more a musician, you could suggest some way to connect my art with this??
what you're telling me is absolutely valuable!
I don't had an eth wallet but I would love to o do it, you should do a post about all of this
I uggest you to go to @theterminal if you got questions, do you use discord? it's a good time to gave it a look, thank you!
Yeah there is a few things you could do actually.
So rarible has this "unlock" feature which is basically a few lines of text that is unlocked once the NFT is purchased. So what you could do is say upload an album cover or something along those lines and in the description you can say something like "Full song/album unlock with purchase" and maybe even a link to a preview of the song.
And then in the unlock box you could put a link to the mp3 file via dropbox, or google drive. And that download link would only appear after its purchased. Some people have also done that sort of things with eBooks, or download links to a highres version of the image.
Also on websites like KnownOrigin or makers place, you have the option of uploading WebM's or videos. So what you could do is find an artist on one of those websites and do a collab, have them make a cool animation with a clean loop and you provide the music, and then if it sells you just split the profit. But of course with that you would have to find someone trustworthy. The nice thing is most crypto artists wouldn.t want to ruin their reputation by scamming a fellow artist. Could be the last thing they ever sell haha.
And getting an eth wallet is really easy, if you use chrome or brave you can just download an extension called MetaMask.
Maybe I'll come up with a little tutorial with screenshots or something when I'm not lazy :P
I'll give them a follow too! I use discord sometimes but I'm primarily on telegram and twitter.
Hey!! I can't believe kamisama name was available 😂 you are lucky!
