PAY/BTC Mid September 2017 Analysis

PAY has been consolidating lately, but I believe it's near the bottom. I have roughly calculated my possible targets for the future using the Elliott Wave and Fibonacci retracement tools. This is not trading advice.This is my own personal charting research that I'm sharing in the video below.
