A little-known company in Estonia wants to raise up to $ 180 million from a SAFT sale, show public records.
A Securities Free Offer Notice published on June 4 through the US Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR document system shows that a company called NewTech Myning is seeking to increase its funds by selling what is effective by promising the distribution of tokens in a future moment.
