As per running the Noia Testnet node I have a suggestion.
In the meantime that the KYC gets approved you can start running the node software so that you start earning the rewards for this week ending Friday 12 PM UTC
Just make sure you enter the same ETH address that you have entered in the KYC so the payments can be corelated and reach you

Ist you need to visit the download page https://github.com/noia-network/noia-node-gui/releases
Now the next question is as to what is the operating system of your computer
based on that you can download the software compatible with your computer
To make it a bit easier I am posting the links here
For windows computer download and install
