If you're making long term investments, try not to look at the charts every day. That should only be an issue if you're a day trader, which it doesn't sound like you are!

We'll head back up eventually, but if you believe in your investments and the tech, try and exercise some patience and have long term targets. Looking at things daily, hourly or whatever won't do you any good
