Who on this planet can say NO, to FREE MONEY? That's why faucets are there. Over time it has become clear that crypto faucets is just free money. This is not new to those in the cryptoverse but faucets have existed for many years and are still running strong.
But how long do you think faucets will last. Well...chances are that they will last as long as the general market cap of cryptos is low. If the price of cryptos incresease their claims will get less and less and eventually...
Having seen crytptos drop relativley low this time of the year, it seems like a good idea to jump on board.
Faucets or Crypto Faucets are basically digital taps that give out cryptos. Some of the most popular faucets or faucet sites are, freebitco, freedoge, greenfaucet, queenfaucet and many others. Most of them will rewuire you to have a Faucet Hub account where you can keep the cryptos you have claimed and withdraw them into other seerate wallets once one has reached the payout margin. Other faucets send the claims directly to the wallet you provide; though they are very few.
Be careful when giving out you address and other information. Scammers are out there trying to taking your hard earned cryptos so do take care and proceed only if you have done research, are sure, and know the risks.
Smart investors would not just want to drive into the deep end of cryptos hence faucets are an Avenue where people test the water for FREE. They will not make one rich but thy give people a starting point for getting into the crypto world. Faucets have an average claim of about 5 minutes; sometimes more (10 minutes to 1 hour) sometimes less (1 minute to 3 minutes).
Some if not most faucets variate in the amount you collect in relation to to the price i.e. the higher the price of the crypto the less you'll collect and visa versa. Considering the recent drop in crypto market, alt coin faucets such as digibyte, potcoin, zcash, monero, just to mention a few, will start to look appealing to new crypto users becuase of they have pretty decent claims. There aren't many coins and tokens that have faucets; having all 1 500 crypto faucets would be trivial though it would be quite great for some.
Generally, will keep going for a while and will fall or lose momentum once more and more people start to adopt crypto currencies. It's free money that will not make you rich but they are out there for everyone to have a taste of crypto currencies.
Wish you all a Merry Christmas and Safe Investing.
