With any investment that I make, I go to an expert. In this case, I discussed rentberry.com with my real estate agent. We discussed how it would streamline the renting process, not just for the tenant, but more importantly for the landlord. One of the more prominent questions that came up on the landlord side was the background and credit check process. In Colorado, it costs $60-$80 to request a background and credit check which is paid by the applicant. On Rentberry, current application fees are only $10, including a background and credit check. This not only saves the applicant's money, but it's streamlined so it saves the landlord's time. This, among many other improvements already in the cash version of Rentberry, is intriguing as both an investor and as a landlord.
Where to purchase ICO
