Very useful message. I've definitely felt like this. Especially checking at different sites to make sure crypto hasn't disappeared. Boy, do I know how that feels. But i do blieve crypto is the future and one must take a calculated risk to get ahead. With all this said, you hit right on the nail in that there is so many variables that can go against you. Diversify of course. Cover all basis. Play defense. Get some physical precious metals, bundle of cash, and secure cryptos in wallets. Anxiety and adrenaline can definitely build up.
