A lot of my friends works/worked as Uber drivers and impressions are mostly negative, especially due to a fact that it used to take 10%.
It won't be sustainable for long, unless they change something.
The market is overflooded with uber drivers and it shows.

This is the process I call 'hallowing out' the company. The executives leave the company as just a shell having gutted it for their own benefit with no negative consequences for them.
