Price action trading Definition

Price Action means - determining the position of a stock or currency price at the market after seeing price movement without using any indicator.

The value of any object in the market is determined based on two things - (1) supply and (ii) demand. Price decreases if demand increases and the supply decreases price increases- this is understood by the candlestick pattern and by the chart pattern. So, seeing this pattern, the market can be bought or sold, so the indicator is not necessarily essential.

However, in order to trade in accordance with Price Action Strategy, many knowledge is needed as well as many experiences, and as long as that knowledge and experience is not achieved, there may be a decision on trade wrong.
