I think you need definitive evidence. If he is a criminal and the direct evidence exists to show it then can you explain to me why the FBI isn't knocking on his door? Federal authorities know where he is so it's not like he is hiding while blogging on Youtube daily.

The whole "master criminal" thing just doesn't add up. Master criminals don't blog about it.
