I have recently undergone it and I am on my way out of it. I was pretty active October and it was a very good month for me.
This month I started pretty well but from the last week, I’ve just felt I couldn’t write absolutely anything.
Let’s analyze why we are unable to write anything?
You have a lot of other obligations:
Work
Fix the things at home
Deal with every day stuff
A lot of pendings to get done
Maybe you feel down.
Or you just feel tired.
What happens with all of that? You may feel tired, and creatively burnt out.
OK, so if you cannot do it for whatever reason, what can you do these days on Uptrennd?
Go at least once a day to Uptrennd and upvote a post or a comment, believe me Uptrennd is a generous site and you will be given up to 10 1UP tokens just for that access.

Maybe you spent 5 minutes on Uptrennd that day, but you were there and that’s what matters.
Will you earn less 1UP tokens?
Yes, you probably will. I cannot lie about it. I have earned in the last week the same amount, what I was earning in 1 day when I am just more active.
But guess what?
You still keep the habit of logging on Uptrennd. The amount of 1UP tokens isn’t everything that matters in our trennding life , you continue here and that’s what matters. Even if you were out of Uptrennd for few days or weeks, and you come back later, we are glad and happy to have you here back, upvote your post and drop you some comment.
Meanwhile you are at the stage of writer’s block what can you do?
If you feel you just don’t have the writing ability to continue, do something for fun. Don’t beat yourself that hard, don’t ever feel guilty!
If you like games, play them. If you are into sports, do some exercise. Exercise or work out, it really helps to have better thoughts in general because of the mass production of endorphins – hormones that are being segregated when you feel happy.
If you are a social person, go to the movies, have a cup of coffee at your favorite café, visit a friend.
If you like watching some series or movies, have a Netflix time!
Another recommendation is from my research, just go back to the writing or creating any kind of your content. Go for it, don’t think it over!
It doesn’t matter if you are slow or fast; don’t torture yourself if others will like it or not or if it is gonna be a masterpiece, just write it for yourself, please yourself first of all and enjoy it. That’s the way you slowly get back into the rhythm.
Besides learning, sharing on cryptos and earning 1UP tokens; one of the most important part of Trennding is that you enjoy what you are doing. So let’s go Trennding!
