Mate, as of today 29 states have it legal(medically). By the end of 2018, 12 states are in line for cannabis legalization. Furthermore , Paragon has hired a legal team to push for legalization. Then Europe is also on the verge of legalization.
Well you have a solid research behind you. 41 states is one hell of a number by 2018.
yes Germany is making the legislation for cannabis. And rest of the Europe plans to follow.
