Initial Exchange Offerings are a new alternative to traditional ICOs and the latest twist on fundraising in the digital-asset world. Binance has popularized the model, but does the trend truly have a future?

Initial Coin Offerings, or ICOs, have been declared dead by many critics. Although this is something of an exaggeration, it is true that funding for new ICOs has dwindled over the course of 2018. Last year was a major step down from the ICO boom of 2017, and the decline was largely due to extremely harsh regulations. This had a chilling effect on new token projects. That doesn't mean that token sales are truly dead, though. Instead, token sales are taking on different forms. One trend that has recently emerged is the Initial Exchange Offering, more commonly known as the IEO. Under this model, a token project does not carry out its own sale; instead, it outsources the sale to a crypto exchange.

Initial exchange offering sounds safer and more reliable, everybody talking about big sales and projects managed to raise millions of dollars in 3 seconds. In hope for better and safer investment way, most of investors actually faced with the situation when they failed to buy ANY SINGLE TOKEN. Conducting IEO exchanges recurring technical issues, which have pushed some users out of their place in line, relatively few users manage to buy tokens in any given sale. Besides that, most of such investors were forced to buy exchange tokens at higher demand (read price) and eventually sell it at lower demand (again read price).

Looking at this situation, CHAOEX team came up with the conclusion that the biggest disappointments of the current IEO operation is huge price fluctuations and too much of exclusive rights hold by unknown of even exchanges themselves to actually buy tokens. And it brought us amazing idea!

Instead of nontransparent and unfair IEO, CHAOEX to offer new concept of initial sale that we call AUCTION!

The main idea of AUCTION is fairly simple.

1. Participants DO NOT have to buy Initial Offers with exchange token. They only have to pay little amount for placing their order.

2. AUCTION works on PLAY FIRST - PAY NEXT basis.

3. Each AUCTION participants can see all the other participants actions in the real-time mode, which doesn't leave space for manipulations.

4. AUCTION is divided into several rounds to give EACH participant chance for getting their tokens.
