The markets will not be normal for another three weeks in my opinion. Once the volatility goes down it is still going to drift down and even more people will get discouraged.

The more volatility the better if you are day trading! Even if you are a long-term investor, you still have to ask yourself how much are you willing to lose, what your profit targets are and expected holding periods. Learn how to set stop loss orders and it will reduce your risk and lock in gains; also helps one sleep a little better! You know what they say, "if you can't stand the heat, get the hell out of the kitchen!"
I prefer cold desolate markets to move money in... It warms me to hear the stories of knife juggling.
