Double-spending refers to a node with a large amount of computing power to send a transaction request and purchase assets multiple times to intentionally cause a split. The Attacker places the counterfeit transaction on the forked block and starts mining on the fork. If the attacker has more than 50% of the computing power, the double cost can ultimately be guaranteed to be successful at any block depth, if it is below 50% there is a partial likelihood of success.
Ambr will judge the validity of the two branches using the account verifier. The verifier will broadcast two branches to the network and vote from the received response to determine which branch is valid. Regardless of the outcome of the vote, the branch will always retain one and give up the other. This nullifies the double-strike attack in the Ambr system.
