This is just a personal opinion.

Dan is brilliant and is probably the tip of the spear in the block chain revolution. Will this translate to EOS becoming number 1 ?

If we look at Steemit, and it challenging Facebook, so far the experiment, RELATIVELY SPEAKING, is a BIG failure.

So, its not a given that EOS will take Ethereum's crown.

Anything can happen from now to next year, maybe other players
will bring more to the table.
