You have to think of the perspective of Korea. Its a small country who doesn't have anything in it so cryptomanupilation is good way for them to make money. They want regular people to sell because people think it will keep going down however i say keep it and don't sell it will bounce back more then before because thats what Korean government would want to happen so they make good money out of everyone who sold.
