Reported just minutes ago, it looks like Bittrex's wallet functionality is down due to some database errors. I will keep you posted on when this has been restored.

- Is Bittrex really hiding a bigger issue or do you believe it is a DB issue?

Damn so that would be why my balance has been stagnant for a bit now with my bot running. Funny i just checked the balance and it has not moved. I hope they get this fixed and we don't all lose our funds!
