Rodrigo has already signed up like 30 qualified BlockPay Ambassadors, but he has not mentioned Stuttgart to me, so maybe you could get the word out to merchants up there? Since BlockPay is totally free for merchants I would think it's an easy sell. If you're capable just drop him an email: rodrigo@bitshares-munich.de
