Did you order from the order module on website?, what is your order ID if you have received an e-mail? what is the amount you sent? the approx time you sent and I can check for you, also could be good to know the account name on OpenLedger. Tell me this and we can get this straghtened out. openledger-wallet is the hot wallet where the currencies go through in order to reach its destination, so nothing wrong in seeing that account name in this process.
