I did vote and I am ok with the results overall

was it the 'wave' people expected? no. but democracy and the issues we have in this country are not a 'quick fix.' 100 women in congress, 1.4 million people got their voting rights restored in Florida, and increased voter turnout. they may be baby steps but we have to learn to walk before we can learn to run. I just hope people don't stop paying attention.
