I suspect Trump knows more than most people think he knows about the games afoot. I also think many of the conspiracies, including the real purpose of the Federal Reserve, would not make good campaigning material so best avoided at this point. I've listened to a number of his speeches, and some of the things he has said, implies to me that not only does he know about certain things, he also intends to do something about them once he takes office. But it's just not politically smart to talk about it now, as the immediate goal is to win the election.

Perhaps I'm overly optimistic. I think Trump is a good guy. He's also politically astute, which means that no, he's not going to have "end the fed" as his talking point or campaign slogan at this time.
