The state police were very helpful in providing a police report that I was able to submit to the bank to dispute the charges. The hotel is managed by a company calling itself Devchand Hospitality, INC, which is the legal entity of the same family managing the hotel. They have changed company names recently and will likely do so again, so look up current ownership info by searching for 183 Hershey Rd on the Dauphine County Tax Assessor's website(181 is part of the same parcel). To get a copy of your police report you'll need to contact the State Police Records Department, which their dispatcher can help you connect with.
