Top Most Notorious Gangsters Of London

Roy Francis Adkins

Roy was born in Hammersmith London in 1947.
Roy was a gangster involved in serious organized crime during the 70s and 80s.
Roy started out his criminal career doing roberies however he soon moved into
the drug business mainly marijuana.
Adkins shot dead in a bar in 1990 in Adsterdam

The Clerkenwell Crime Syndicate

In the 1980s Terrence George Adams formed a criminal organization with his 2 brothers
Thomas Adams and Patrick Adams.

The organization was based in Clerkenwell central London and over the years other members of
the Adams familing joined the gang as well as their childhood friends.

The gang has been linked to drug smuggling and extortion and it is believed that they are
responsible for more than 25 murders of informants and rival gangsters.

It is believed that this criminal organization is worth more than 200 million pounds.

Dave Courtney

Dave Courtney is a self proclaimed gangster from London who later on in life
has gone on to write his own book and also become an actor

Dave Courtney claims to have been involved with the Kray twins however they
were sent to prison when he was only 9 years old.

managing night clubs, assault and murder.

Frankie Fraser

Frankie Faser also known as mad Frankie fraser was a London gangster who lived from
1923 - 2014.

During the course of Frankie's life he spent 42 years behind bars for various
offences.

Frankie become involved in crime at the age of 10 and was sent to borstal for breaking into
a local store in 1941.

Later on Frankie was involved in a smash and grab roberry on a jerwellery shop which he
was convicted for and served 2 years behind bars

Frankie went on to join The Richardson gang and was employed as their enforcer.

David Hunt

David Charles Hunt was born in Canningtown, London in 1961. Hunt was the boss
of a criminal organization which he established called The Hunt Syndicate.

The gang is linked to serious criminal activities such as violence, fraud, prostitution, murder and money laundering

Hunt owns a 600,000 pound mansion which he had brought at the age of 32.

When apeearing in court it was discovered the Hunt had not declared any income
between 1982 and 1996 and could not remember how he could afford to purchase
the property.

The Richardson Gang

The Richardson gang was an organization based in South London.
They were known to be London's most violent gangs and would
punish their victims by pulling out their teeth with pliers and
cutting of toes using bolt cutters.

Brothers Charlie and Eddie Richardson led The Richardson gang
and eventually were convicted of murder in 1967.

Robert "Bobby" Cumines

Robert Cumines was born in 1951 and commited armed robbery at the age of 16.
Cummines then went on to run a gang of contract killers after being released from prison.
In the 1970s however Cumines turned his life around in prison and studied for a degree
whilst serving his sentence.

Ronnie And Regee Kray

Ronnie and Regee Kray were identical twins born in 1933. The Krays were involved
in organized crime during the 60s and 70s in East London. They were known as
The Firm and were involved in murder, armed robbery, arson, protection rackets and
assault. The Krays were eventually arrested in 1968 and were sentenced to life in prison
for the killing of a rival gangster.
