One of my kids had her first Paint homework today, and it was to create a picture with three flowers. So, she sat down and after twenty minutes she told me that she had finished. And do you know what, I feel really proud. I would never have the patience to create something this beautiful in Paint, and I can already now say that she has more creativity when it comes to design and colors in her than I have.

What do you think? Are you a fan of Paint? Do you find it useful for anything at all in your grown-up life, or is Paint really just a program used by kids as they try to have fun on the computer?
Still, I find it useful that my kid actually used the computer and learned about a function of the computer. That is always useful, and I believe it is a nice memory and that it also gave her a good time studying, which comes in nice besides studying math, history, grammar, and other topics that are much tougher to learn and to enjoy.
