There are many ways, in which, we can be creative in out daily lives. From art-expression; sculpting or painting, to making everyday-mundane things more interesting or better; such as, making a lunch or arranging a room.
We do not all need to be professional artists, for the benefits of creativity to positively effect our well-being (of course). Being playfully creative may allow us to express our authentic-selves easily, and to allow us to attract positive things (probably, because of the letting-go of resistance).
