Are you tired of having a lot of loads and don't have enough space for more coming stuff? Here is an idea to organize well your stuff in your home, office, kitchen, bathroom and many more rooms to be occupied.

With this wooden crates, problem no more. You can do whatever you want for the design or style as you want and save more than buying luxurious stuff organizers.

WHAT?

Wooden crates are used as box for loads to deliver in public markets such as fruit and vegetables. After unpacking those freshly delivered, some owners just throw those wooden crates. Some just never use it again. Some just using it as a stand for basketry. Some just never appreciate on how recover with the down trees that have been used in creating those crates.

Actually this project is for our Environmental Engineering class. We have chosen this re-creation in order to recover the use of wooden crates instead of dumping it.

HOW?

As for the first step after planning, LOOK FOR WOODEN CRATES at public market and I got these for free.

After the long and very hot weather, I'm planning for what to do and and what will be this organizer's position -horizontal or vertical position.

Then I chose to be it in horizontal position. Afterwards, I applied the sanding operation then painted it and cut for these organizer's stand with a measurement of 2x8.

For the organizer's stand, we used saw at first but it takes time and more oatience to finish it so we used grinder/mini cutter to finish it in no time.

When the components are now all painted, we continued to the next step -assembling (hammering the 2x8 stand to the wooden crates).

After few hours, we made it!
From a simple wooden crate, you can turn it in to coffee table with an organizer.

You can also turn it in to a book shelf/shoe and bag' rack/make up kit organizer/kitchen ware organizer/bath towel cabinet, etc,. by transforming it by placing the other wooden crate on top and its stand will act as the holder so it won't move by itself and you can remove it by yourself by simply putting a pull-simple force and make it as a coffee table again.

With this one, we made an another purpose.

Just a simple-painted wooden crate with a lamp inside so the light will scatter all around your room. We used oil diffuser for this one as it is very helpful when you are so stress. You can also put your speaker with it and a flower pot on top of this box in order to give off oxygen inside of your room.

ENGINEERING APPROACH

In re-creating or re-using this wooden crate, you are already helping in recovering the use of down trees to wooden materials.

If you have a narrow space, this wooden crate organizer could help you without spending too much money and you will be more proud if you are the one who made it.
