Cool Post.
I'm not sure of the science of this, but from a personal point of view - Not watching TV/computer screens for a couple of hours before you go to bed.

For me it definitely cuts down on the insomnia, and, free's up the mind to wander, and come across some gems.

( I gave up tv a long time ago, so its mostly the pesky comp screen)
