We put a lot of weight into labels.
We tell stories about ourselves to save ourselves from pain.
We assign labels that we buy into.
We behave in the way those labels dictate.
But what if they didn't apply?
What if they were false?
Labels are at best fleeting and subjective. They can never define you.
What if you were'nt introverted, or shy, or 'over-the-top,' or sensitive, or boring, or stupid?
What then would be possible?
Go label-free.

I try not to label myself, but I can't force others to see me in certain ways. However I don't need to follow the restraints those labels try to put onto me.
