What for lunch? Hubby asked! Let's cook Adobong Pork with String Beans, I said.
So, today I will share with you my recipe of my Adobong Pork with String beans.
First, prepare the ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo of pork
- 10pcs of chopped String beans (1 & half inch)
- 1pc of chopped onion
- 4pcs of garlic minced
- soy sauce ( estimate according to your desire)
- liquid seasoning ( same as the soy sauce)
- lemon
- sugar & pepper to taste ( 2 teaspoonful)
Secondly, washed the pork few times ,the string beans, onion and garlic before chopping.
Next, stir-fry the onion & garlic; when brownish, set them aside and stir-fry the pork until brown. Stir-fry the string beans and pour soy sauce together with the liquid seasoning; wait until boiling, then pour in the 2 teaspoons of sugar and pepper.
Squeeze a slice of lemon to make a little kick on the sauce. I forgot the water! Hahaha. Pour water if needed; there's no need for the salt because soy sauce is already salty. But if you prefer to salt, then put a pinch of it.
Taste it so you can adjust the saltiness and sourness. Since I don't put vinegar my Adobo doesn't taste too sour. The lemon adds good smell and taste to it! Thank me later, hehe.
My baby and hubby loves it!... Hehe
That's all for today! Thank you for dropping by. I would love to read your comments and suggestions.
Until my next post. . .
Love @gerel
