Thanks @minismallholding. I think we each struggle with the initial adjustment to the wonder of new life. However it has been debilitating to be so ill that I can't even do a simple chore and fighting to keep down each mouthful of life giving food. Hoping this is the turning point and that it doesn't last all pregnancy long!
