ULAB-startup Dhaka compromise to create online courses
The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) and the start-up Dhaka signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for creating online courses jointly.
On Monday, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in a ceremony at the ULAB Chancellor of Dhanmondi on Monday.
Prof. Imran Rahman, special adviser to ULAB's board of trustees and Mustafizur Rahman, chief executive officer of the start-up Dhaka, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of their respective organizations.
The press release said that the start-up Dhaka Online School has initiated various initiatives to create knowledge and skills in the field of entrepreneurship.
"Video and lecturers of foreign and foreign experts on finance, entrepreneurship, leadership, ICT are being brought out through this platform for everyone."
ULAB teachers are mainly involved in managing these courses, it is said in the press release.
Among others, ULAB's Center for Enterprise and Society (CES) and ULAB EMBA director Sujit Amit attended the program.
