I've been powering up my steem power for the past 24 hours. Tonight the price of steem hit it's lowest point in the past 10 days, I took the opportunity to buy steem with all the bitcoin and ether I had on Poloniex, and I just did my final power up of 1117 steem. Now I can stop trading for a while, to focus on blogging and having fun with my friends on steemit.com... Craig :)

I have been doing the same, buying and converting to steempower while the price is low and if it goes lower i will buy more. sure it could all go wrong and we could lose the money we have invested but i believe the risk reward ratio is very good and i also believe in the steemit platform. Craig, its not for crypto. Im in that cause i believe in your way about life. Money is going to follow you in whatever You believe in. You look at crypto(or anything else) from a natural perspective. Your childhood taught you this. We other people came up with stuff. You luckly and RARELY were unaware of. Im pretty sure i know why your happily cleaning a fridge while talking about crypto. But i wanna know why you think your that way because i know you know the reason. People dont do that shit and have fun. Once you get into a serious crypto collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can. The only thing that really worried me was the ether.

There is no way, you should of sold all your cryptos, to have a basket of 1. You need diversity, because although Steem is great, so is Dash, and Bitcoin, and ETH and even EThHereum Classic. I love that you're having fun, but you should consider even alts like synereo, just so that you dont miss out on any other booms! Best of luck fella

You should keep some gold, and maybe other currencies. Can you name one web store or brick and mortar shop that accepts steem? Acceptance is what makes a currency useful. Now, bitcoin has a long way to go in that vein but it is very far ahead of the other cryptos. The transactional pressure to hold steem isn't there.

I bought some additional Bitcoin and will be converting it into steem power very soon! Following "the magic"!! Not going to miss the boat this time around.
It's got me thinking about whether I need as much bitcoin just sitting there. This is the first crypto where you can get it to work for you as opposed to just sit and wait and hope. Your youtube vids are like the best advertising for this space and got me inspired in crypto for the first time in a while.

This is a terrible idea Craig. Its never wise to go all in especially since your investment will be locked away for two years. I bet you wish you held and bought some ETC instead of going all in. For those trading and investing, Craig's suggestion of going all in on steam power is a terrible one.
