on one hand yes, on other hand no. let me make an accent that upvote may be not only a question of money, but also a statement. when one vote at 100% it means... something, a 1st grade support, figuratively speaking. when upvote just 10% and HP is tiny, all in all it means (at least for me) that its not about rewards/money at all. ☘️
sure yeah, but for newbies to know that it may hinder their APR is important, more important that they can grow their account even 10x 0.001 hp rewards per day than someone who's been here a long time and should know better to judge a newcomers 1% comment vote

thing is the more i think about all this the more questions arise if everything I'm saying is true, lol, tough life not being a dev but trying to understand how the code works on top of constant changes over the years. So discussions like this really drive things forward.
