Jeff, it takes strong will power to stop smoking. But for me, when I seen the lungs of smokers that was absolutely bad, that's when I knew smoking not good for no one, which causes lung disease.

Different but still loved it and you had me laughing at how relaxed and then just turn if off just it the off button. Well something like that but it really had a nice relaxing positive feel to the whole video. Kind of how Ralph Smarts videos are like. Been watching Infinite Waters since 2018 and I actually thought he was super high on his videos for the first couple of video's that I saw of him. He's not that is just his personality and his relaxed positive energy that he has. If you haven't already You should check out his older stuff and the feel that it has. It's definitely would be a great perspective on how just the way his videos changed and you can also feel the energy change in them also. Once again great video.

I saw a video recently where one Canadian or US doctor is saying that smokers die far far less than non-smokers from covid. He says the problem is delivery of niacin to the patients. Smokers get niacin from tobacco smoke. In the past I've seen an article that nicotine helps alzheimer patients. It also helps calm nerves.
