(I'm black) I would give South Africans the benefit of the doubt of their actually being food shortage. The American negro however since forced integration and war on poverty, the family structure became destroyed and the race was more dependent on governments. Masculinity is all but dead and there is a lack of strong male leadership in the matriarchal community. Before integration, we for the most part had to build our own and support our own.

Not to mention we have a higher number of underclass/unfit than other races in America. Whites successfully killed or brought their numbers of their unfit down to a manageable level. That is changing two with these Antifa and LGBTQ types spouting up unfit in place of the stereotypical hillbilly antebellum types. So did the Asians and Jews. We lost that battle in the late 1800s when the southern blacks mingled and moved with the northern more civilized blacks.
