Occupancy restrictions in South Texas are relaxing a little bit. Officials are allowing businesses to reach up to 75% occupancy. The number of COVID-19 infections and mortality have dropped sufficiently to allow a bit more freedom to enjoy public spaces. Mask wearing requirements are still in effect.
