There’s a lot of focus in the media about how to avoid contact with the thing but there hasn’t been any focus on how to improve your health in case you do get exposed.

First, you should be taking vitamin C and D and zinc. In April I fell ill and looked online for an answer. I started taking 3 grams of vitamin C everyday and my symptoms disappeared within 24 hours. I may not of had the thing but nevertheless these vitamins helped me out.

If you have high blood pressure, you should focus on lowering it. Eating less or healthier foods is a great start. Exercise can also help.

It’s not enough to just be careful, you need to be prepared. Stay safe.
