Water: Coban

• Olive oil: a large spoon
• Onion: 1 cup (minced)
• Green Onions: Oud (minced)
• Garlic: 6 cloves (minced slices)
• Raisins: half a cup
• Tomatoes: 1/2 cup (dried)
• almonds: half a cup (slices)
• Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
• Salt: half a teaspoon
• Lemonade: 3 tbsp
• Butter: a large spoon
  ##How to prepare :

1. Put the water in a saucepan to boil, add the couscous to the boiling water and leave on low heat until the water is absorbed and cooked.

2. Heat olive oil in a wide skillet over medium heat, add chopped onion, green onion, garlic and heart for 15 minutes until brown.

3. Add the raisins, dried tomatoes, almonds and heart for 5 minutes until ingredients mix.

4. Add the couscous to the mixture and stir for another 5 minutes.

5. Season with salt and pepper and add lemon juice.

6. Place the mixture in the serving dish and place the butter over it and stir lightly.

7. Feet hot or warm as desired.
