National flag of Bangladesh.......

Every independent nation should have a national flag. As an independent country and nation Bangladesh has also have a national flag. It was adopted officially on 17 January 1972. It was designed by painter Quamrul Hassan, On 2 March 1971. It has two colors. Red circle is in the center of the flag and green color is around the red circle. Red circle means the sun rising over Bengal, and also the blood of those who died for the independence of Bangladesh and the green color represents the ever green nature of Bangladesh.It's size in height and width is 10:6.

But the first designed flag was different. Only the map of Bangladesh was in the middle of the red circle.
