Well, what South Korea did. People hit the streets in huge numbers, outraged.
That doesn't always work. Consider Tianenmen Square before you give it a try. The White March in Belgium didn't do a damn thing, but at least they weren't run over by tanks.
The ability of the people to override the government corruption is dependent on many factors, and the three examples you have here been given can give you some idea how your country might compare.
