West Bromwich Albion to Win at
Correct Score Prediction
West Bromwich Albion 1-0
Reason For West Brom vs Newcastle Betting Tips
West Brom may be without a manager and struggling to find a win from anywhere, but their performance at the weekend was definitely a large step in the right direction. They held firm against Tottenham at Wembley, coming away with a well deserved point thanks to a Salomon Rondon goal early on.
The Baggies will be hoping to have appointed a new manager by the time they face Newcastle, with former Magpies boss Alan Pardew the frontrunner for the job. This should add another small boost of confidence into the players, making this their best chance of getting a victory for a long time.
Admittedly West Brom are without a win since August, but their record at The Hawthorns isn’t that bad, to be fair. They beat Bournemouth in their first game of the season before drawing against Stoke, West Ham, and Watford. Their only defeats have come to Manchester City and Chelsea, and even in the Manchester City game they managed to score two in a 3-2 defeat.
Newcastle are a much worse side than both of those, so at least another point should be heading to West Brom on Tuesday. They will be half expecting a win though, especially considering Newcastle have lost four on the bounce in the Premier League now.
Their most recent failure was an abysmal performance at home to Watford on Saturday, where they lost 3-0 to follow on from their 4-1 thrashing at Manchester United the weekend before. They have failed to score in three of their last four matches, and their only victory in the last two months came at home to bottom of the table Crystal Palace.
Away from home The Magpies have lost four of their six matches this season, with their only victory coming at Swansea. West Brom. may not be the the most in form side but the promise of a new manager combined with their impressive draw at Wembley on Saturday should be enough to give them the win. We’re backing a home win along with a narrow 1-0 correct score predictions.
