How many people do you think make $1400/week on steemit? I doubt there are many. I don't know how active the owners are and how quick they are to discipline, but usually those that stick out like a sore thumb are the ones easiest to be caught red handed. The sad thing is, the worst ones can rinse and repeat even if they are ip banned too.
It is a fundamental weakness in the steem system.
She is changing copied text little bit so cheetah don't recognize. Such things no bot can recognize, only human if he saw it like I did. I'm not against her way of making articles or making money that way on Steemit. Problem is that every article from her is making 40$+ almost without she putting any effort. Same time I can write article few days and make only few dollars. That is bullshit. She obviously didn't get caught red handed because no one notice that or no one reported.
They may know about it, I can't imagine any company this size that doesn't run reports on where the money is flowing. But just as in the case of many online games where you can trade virtual items, if you ban the cheaters they will just find new ways of coming back. At $40 a post she may be too big to be affected by cheatah and her minions, even if cheatah's AI did improve to detect.
