This week theme is the Three-Ingredient Dish, So i decided to cooked one of my daughter favorite dish, The Ginisang Giniling na Baboy (Sauteed Ground Pork). Actually this is my first time to join a contest here in steemit. I choose this contest because i love cooking and i want to discover new dish.
So, Here are the three ingredients you need. Carrots, Potatoes and Ground Pork.
Did you know that Carrots and Potatoes contain a certain antioxidant called anthocyanins. They are also a rich source of vitamin K, vitamin C, fiber, potassium, manganese, folate and phosphorus.
And the spices and seasonings to make our dish extra tasty. Garlic, Oninon, Pepper and Fish Sauce
First, Heat oil in a pan and saute onion and garlic until limp and aromatic.
Add Ground Pork and cook until it turns color.
Season with Patis (Fish Sauce) and Pepper. Lower the heat and wait until the ground pork is tender.
Add carrots and potatoes and wait until it's cook and tender.
And the last part, Taste your work. Add fish sauce or sugar if needed.
And we're done! My very own Ginisang Giniling na Baboy (Sauteed Ground Pork).
So, the dinner is ready. Look how happy she was when i prepared her favorite dish.

You made good use of three ingredients and made your little one very happy in the process. I'd be as happy as your daughter too if I was served the dish. My family loves this dish as well so I cook it once in a while. I know a version of this dish is with raisins but I prefer it just like yours ... without it.
Salamat ha and good luck!
i avoid putting raisins because they are choking hazzards. you can check my blog about What not to feed on toodlers. thank you so much 😊
Good to know. Wala na kasi akong toddlers. Malalaki na sila pero I'll skip the raisins pa rin. Salamat!

Well done for your first competition entry - your dish looks very tasty and your photographs are excellent @sheshebaylosis
thank you @deimus :).
This looks like a very rich and tasty dish. Your daughter is so excited! That is very cute to see. Do you normally eat this dish just like this? Or do you have it with rice? I would love to have this dish with rice and some chilies!
I'm not a lover of pork @sheshebaylosis so I imagined this with beef or chicken and it looks very tasty indeed . Loved your execution and the way you put this together and your daughter is very cute
