A show-stopper entry as always @lizelle! I'm sure your guests wish you made dinner all the time after this one. ;)

I might have to switch out a few things and try a veganized version for my own household. Sometimes a rich and creamy soup just hits the spot!

Ah thank you @plantstoplanks, you definitely can omit the chicken and use a veggie stock, the remaining ingredients would give it enough flavour. Maybe add chick peas as a protein?
