You made floss - wonderful final entry @foodforsoul! I've read so much about it and have always wanted to make it. Congratulations on your success! Would you make it again? Do you have any tips for someone who hasn't tried making it?

The mango parfait and coconut sorbet sound delicious. They look creamy, rich and flavorful!

Thank you @offoodandart. I will definitely make it again and this time I’ll add food colouring to try and make it more colourful. The main tip I can provide is to get the donut hole right in the centre. It makes it easy to then work with the candy evenly. My husband had it closer to one side which means that at one point the circle became uneven and one side broke. I learned from that and this why I was able to create so many strands. The other tip is to have fun with it and to keep adding corn flour to the strand. Thank you and the team for this particular contest. I had been great fun. But also very challenging and stressful. I just loved it!
