Wonderful tart @foodforsoul! I just adore that combination of pistachio, chocolate and raspberries with the pastry cream. I always like your photography too because I feel that you show the method so well and of course your presentation photos are stunning too. Thanks for sharing this dish with us!

Thank you @chefsteve. It has been an interesting challenge and I enjoy very much the opportunity to try the new crust for the tart. I reckon I should try it with other fillings in the future.
