I was actually wondering how the mango jelly was gonna be made, well, there was gelatin to hold them all together.. Making that floss seems like a really tricky process, it did take a long process of stretching before you got that much floss, right?

I love how you assembled everything, it made everything come together really nicely on the platter. I don't think I will ever try this though, it one hell of a cooking process. Maybe I would give it a try, on a REALLY special occasion...
