@foodforsoul, this is a beautiful and elegant dessert. I am definitely going to veganize it and give it a try. I must admit, I am always a bit intimidated by sugar work. But, you've inspired me to give it a go!

Thank you@memestable. It’s been one interesting challenge. Working with sugar is not that all evident and you need a lot of patience which I did have plenty on the weekend. Looking forward to see your vegan version.
